Day 4

Another day without you .

I woke up and I had menses .
It's very painful !
Remember and pain I used to cry about ?

I want to survive here in this world .
I want to survive to see you again .
I want to survive to help you get through your life without drugs .

I will try to eat again .
I will try okay ?

I'm feeling better after talking to my dad .
Hopefully I get to talk to you about what he said .
